The Modern Church Must Wait For The Promise Of The Father - Countdown To Pentecost

Pentecost is a Feast of the Lord - a time to meet with God.

God set the template for His church on the Day of Pentecost.

The disciples (120) were in an upper room in Jerusalem instead of in the temple which represented the old covenant.

God is calling us, His church from now to follow the pattern Christ gave. He told His church to countdown to Pentecost by waiting for the Promise of the Father.

The church obeyed and met in one accord in prayer and supplication.

Let's obey the command of the Lord.
